Quality halter and embroidery, but. . . . . .
"I live in a wild-fire prone area of the country, so I bought this custom embroidered halter with his name and my phone number on the halter, to hang by my horse's stall as an emergency halter, in case we needed to release him during a fire as a last resort. When I typed in my phone number, the window where one types what one wants embroidered does not allow "-" or ". " So I wrote out my 10 digit phone number (didn't leave any spaces) assuming they would see it was a phone number and put the "-" or at least a ". " in anyway to make the phone number readable. No. It's a long row of 10 numbers. I've tried to squeeze in a '-' between some number with a fabric pen. Not really enough room. The halter is well made and expensive, so I'm not ordering another one. The website should say to leave a space if needed."
