POOR QUALITY: Strings pulled out

"POOR QUALITY!! Cinch got very wet while crossing a river several of strands pulled out! When the cinch dried, it SHRUNK! It was the most expensive chinch at $87.50+ tax! I requested replacement, we will see if Weaver stands by its product."
